About the Journal
NomoK@non is a web journal of Law and Religion. Everybody interested from academia, practice and society can find contributions on current as well as historical topics at the interface between Law and Religion. Matter of subject is both national and supranational law („Nomos“), that is related to religion, as well as internal religious law, especially canon law („Kanon“). The journal was founded by Prof. Dr. Richard Puza in 1998 and has been carried on by Prof. Dr. Dr. Burkhard Berkmann since 2021.
