Abstract

Abstract: The author analyzes the statutes of the Synodal Path in Germany, in particular the changes compared to the previous draft, which had been criticized by the dicasteries of the Roman Curia. Attention is focused on the symmetry between the Bishops' Conference and the Central Committee of German Catholics, as well as on the nature of voting rights and the juridical nature of the deliberations. It does not exclude new synodal forms in principle, but in any case it invokes the attention of the law.
