Abstract

Anna-Maria Bader presents a research paper analysing and critically evaluating the reorganisation of the Missio canonica in German dioceses, which details the aporias of the reorganisations. She does not leave it at that, but also offers suggestions for improvement de lege ferenda for a possible readjustment. However, it remains to be seen whether this would restore the old legal uniformity, as this depends on the insight and willingness of the legislators of the particular churches to improve the legislation.
