Abstract

There has been little secondary literature on didactics in canon law to date. Consequently, the pedagogical approach developed by Richard Puza is essentially unknown. Through excursions to relevant institutions and lectures by experts from practice-related fields he integrates academic education and praxis in his model of a seminar on marriage law, in which students participate with enthusiasm and engagement.
