Articles

• Il Sinodo dei Vescovi sulla sinodalità, convocato nel 2021 e concluso nel 2024, non tratta questioni di ordine fondamentale relative al Diritto canonico, ma contiene riflessioni e proposte che si riferiscono a diverse questioni rilevanti per il Diritto della Chiesa cattolica. In particolare il Sinodo si occupa degli aspetti di organizzazione ed esercizio del governo ecclesiale. Sono importanti anche i criteri relativi alla trasparenza, responsabilità e controllo delle decisioni. Tutti questi principi provocano una riflessione sui possibili progressi nella difesa dei diritti attraverso il diritto processuale e le procedure amministrative. Alla luce dell'impulso sinodale appare chiara la necessità di formare buoni operatori del diritto canonico e diffondere una mentalità di rispetto verso la legittima varietà carismatica e apostolica nel Popolo di Dio.
